The company was founded in February of 2009 by mother and son team Corinne Yosh and Wayne Young and they were joined by Luke Young in 2013(grandson and son) between us we have more than 45 years of collective experience in lounge suite manufacturing. The father and son team of Wayne and Luke Young run the production facility with a attention to detail reserved only for those who love what they are doing while Corinne Yosh dedicates her time to sourcing the best and latest designs in products and fabrics as well as ensuring that the four showrooms display the correct stock in a style fit for royalty.

The owner’s personal involvement in the business is the key to our success. The deliberate decision to remain a smaller operation means that Sofaworx is more nimble than our larger competitors, the owners have direct contact with our customers and source the products & materials and are personally involved in the manufacturing of the sofas on a daily basis. We are sensitive to the individual needs of our customers, that can only be achieved when the owners and managers are deeply involved in the daily operations of the business.
