Chef Brett’s love for food and pleasing his cliental started when he was 18. He was trained under the Master Chef Christiaan Michel for several years. Had the honour of running and being Executive Chef for the Presidential Guest House. He has been infatuated in this industry for 24 years. Along the way Chef met up with his team, the current team that has the honour of serving you now.
Christiaan van der Berg has been Chef Brett’s right hand man for close to ten years, as they work together one can see the years of experiance as they create perfection in unison . Max Ladds has joined the two Chefs to complete the team, Max has grown up in all the kitchen Chef Brett has run and has been cooking next to his father for the past three years, he will be our next Master Chef.Chefs @ 566 became a reality as Chef Brett wanted to treat all to eat the same food served to Presidents, Kings and Queens. Allowing his love and passion to be tasted in each dish knowing that our food in our country is of world standards. With his team dedication and same focus, all they do is with perfection and love.
